How to sync the Trolley application with the latest information from Discovery

1. Ensure that the application has been closed down on the Trolley

2. On the trolley laptop, navigate to File Explorer - C: drive - Application Data - Discovery



3. Delete the 2 .xml files from the folder assets.xml and data.xml



4. Navigate to the application folder C:\Program Files (x86)\ParagonID\RFIDDiscovery\Trolley\bin and delete the following .xml file rfid_syris_discovery_settings.xml



5. Start the application

6. Enter the server name / IP address, click OK and the application will attempt a synchronization, the XML files will be recreated



7. If this fails, check that you have access to the server and that the Trolley laptop has full read/write access to the application folder
