1. Login to the web interface with a supervisor profile
2. You will then see the module called Access Manager, click on this.
3. Click on the green add button
4. Fill out the correct information, Username, Password and click Midwife as the profile.
5. Click Ok.
6. Click Apply Changes and the user will then be created.
