Handheld application is offline or not syncing
Symptoms
- The handheld reports it is offline.
- Synchronisation or posting fails.
- The application cannot communicate with the server.

Resolution
Step 1 – Check the Wi-Fi connection
- Ensure the handheld is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
- Verify the device has permission to access the network.
- If permitted, test access to an external website.
Step 2 – Verify the server endpoints
Open a web browser on the handheld and verify that both Discovery endpoints load successfully.
If either endpoint cannot be reached:
- Confirm the Wi-Fi connection is active.
- Verify the Discovery server is running.
- Contact your IT department if the issue persists.
